L'union des Ressortissant Rwandais au Sénégal (URRS) est très remontée contre l'Etat rwandais. Et pour cause, ses membres dénoncent le report du Procès de Victoire Ingabire, initialement prévue le 5 octobre 2012 et qui a été reporté au 19 octobre prochain. Pour ces ressortissants rwandais, ce énième report traduit une fois de plus l'absence manifeste de volonté de l'Etat rwandais à tirer cette affaire au clair.

Selon Urrs, Victoire Ingabire a été arrêtée et emprisonnée à Kigali le 14 octobre, peu de temps après son retour au Rwanda. Elle voulait déclarer son parti politique et se présenter aux élections présidentielles de 2010 contre le Président sortant, Paul Kagamé.

Les rwandais qui vivent au Sénégal disent ainsi condamner cette attitude de la justice rwandaise. Ils demandent à ce que Mme Ingabire bénéficie d'un procès équitable.
