Soutien au M23: la Belgique suspend sa coopération militaire avec le Rwanda

La Belgique a suspendu sa coopération militaire avec le Rwanda au motif que Kigali a été mise en cause pour son soutien à la rébellion du M23 dans l'est de la République démocratique du Congo. La Belgique s'est justifiée en déclarant qu'elle ne voulait pas former des militaires qui pourraient contribuer à la déstabilisation de la RDC.

Tant que cette situation n'est pas clarifiée, on peut difficilement envisager de poursuivre des opérations de coopération militaire.
