AfroAmerica Network this week: Rwandan Socialist Party PS-Imberakuri launches armed opposition

Referring to the recent publications in the newspapers and on Internet about Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald, Secretary General of the social party PS IMBERAKURI until November 2010, which publications mentioning the "launching of the common front fclr - UBUMWE" whose Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald would be the coordinator, the social party PS IMBERAKURI informs the Rwandan, the friends of Rwanda and the IMBERAKURI in particular of what follows:

 

1.      As it appears in the appendices of the present, Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald made spoken about him at the end of November 2010 whereas another press release untitled « RASSEMBLEMENT POUR LIBERATION DU RWANDA-UBUMWE» (RLR-UBUMWE), «RWANDESE LIBERATION-RALLY-UBUMWE » was made public;

 

2.      At this time, as we explained, if so indeed Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald was near or by far concerned by this official statement, that engaged only him personally. It is because of that the competent bodies of the party replaced him together with other persons in charge, who, for various reasons were not able to fulfil their duties any more. The Management Committee of the party was thus elected on August 13, 2011;

 

3.      That is then more than two years that Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald is not any more in charge of the social party PS IMBERAKURI activities, which by there wants to say that its actions do not engage in anything the social party IMBERAKURI which he has been one of the responsible or any other responsible elected by the National Council;

 

4.       The fact that the web newspaper  AfroAmerica Network in its http://www.afroamerica.net/AfricaGL/2013/02/08/rwandan-social-party-ps-imberakuri-launches-armed-opposition/ article evokes the names of certain persons in charge as Mr Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE who would be in collaboration with Mr MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald in this above mentioned action is the work of the power of Kigali and his goal  is to only continue to try to destabilize and destroy the social party PS IMBERAKURI. This attempt of  destabilization aiming  the persons in charge of the party intensified since the Secretary General of the party, Mrs Immaculate UWIZEYE KANSIIME is in work visit in Europe and that she held a press conference on January 25th in Brussels in Belgium together with Mr Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE, representative of the party in Europe.

 

5.      After our press release N° 002/P.S.IMB/013 of January 30, 2013, which denounced the intimidations of the power against the responsibles of the party, we got information in progress by the secret services of the FPR on the person of Mr Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE. This assertion of AfroAmerica Network confirms then that their finality was well this one. One will ask also for the connection with this other http://www.afroamerica.net/AfricaGL/2013/01/27/ex-rwandan-ambassador-and-minister-setting-up-armed-opposition/ article published by the same newspaper on January 27, 2013.

 

By creating the social party PS IMBERAKURI, our objective was for the Rwandan ones to work for the democracy by peaceful way and the respect of the basic rights of each one. It is that which frightens the power of Kigali, which tries to do every thing in order to destroy the social party PS IMBERAKURI completely by sticking to him this label of creation of an armed front.

Se référant sur les publications récentes dans les journaux et sur Internet en rapport avec Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald, Secrétaire Général du parti social PS IMBERAKURI jusqu'en Novembre 2010, lesquelles publications faisant état du « lancement du front commun fclr - UBUMWE » dont Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald serait le coordinateur, parti social PS IMBERAKURI informe les rwandais, les amis du Rwanda et les IMBERAKURI en particulier de ce qui suit :

1.               Comme il apparaît dans les annexes de la présente, Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald a fait parlé de lui fin Novembre 2010 alors qu'un autre communiqué de presse titré « RASSEMBLEMENT POUR LIBERATION DU RWANDA-UBUMWE» (RLR-UBUMWE), «RWANDESE LIBERATION-RALLY-UBUMWE »  fut rendu public ;
 
2.               A ce moment, comme nous l'avons expliqué, si effectivement Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald était lié de près ou de loin par ce communiqué, cela n'engageait que lui personnellement. C'est cela qui a fait que les organes habilités du parti l'ont remplacé à la tête du parti ensemble avec d'autres responsables qui, pour des raisons diverses ne pouvaient plus assumer leurs fonctions. Le Comité Directeur du parti a donc été élu le 13 Août 2011 ;
 
3.               Cela fait alors plus de deux ans que Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald n'est plus aux commandes du parti social PS IMBERAKURI, ce qui par là veut dire que ses actions n'engagent en rien le parti social IMBERAKURI dont il fut l'un des responsables ou les différents responsables élus par le Conseil National ;
 
4.               Le fait que le journal web AfroAmerica Network dans son article  http://www.afroamerica.net/AfricaGL/2013/02/08/rwandan-social-party-ps-imberakuri-launches-armed-opposition/ évoque les noms de certains responsables dont Monsieur Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE qui seraient en collaboration avec Monsieur MUTARAMBIRWA Théobald dans cette action précitée est l'œuvre du pouvoir de Kigali et n'a but que de continuer à tenter de déstabiliser et détruire le parti social PS IMBERAKURI. Cette tentative de déstabilisation visant les responsables du parti s'est intensifiée depuis que le Secrétaire Général du parti, Madame Immaculée UWIZEYE KANSIIME est en visite de travail en Europe et qu'elle a tenu une conférence de presse le 25 Janvier à Bruxelles en Belgique ensemble avec Monsieur Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE, représentant du parti en Europe.
 
5.               Après notre communiqué de presse N° 002/P.S.IMB/013 du 30 Janvier 2013 qui dénonçaient les intimidations du pouvoir à l'encontre des responsables du parti, les informations qui nous étaient parvenues faisait état des renseignements en cours par les services secrets du FPR sur la personne de Monsieur Jean – Baptiste RYUMUGABE. Cette publication de AfroAmerica Network confirme alors que leur finalité était bien celle – ci. On se demandera aussi la liaison avec cet autre article http://www.afroamerica.net/AfricaGL/2013/01/27/ex-rwandan-ambassador-and-minister-setting-up-armed-opposition/  publié par le même journal le 27 Janvier 2013.
En créant le parti social PS IMBERAKURI, notre objectif fut pour les rwandais d'œuvrer pour la démocratie par voie pacifique et le respect des droits fondamentaux de tout un chacun. C'est cela qui fait peur au pouvoir de Kigali qui tente le tout pour tout afin de détruire complètement le parti social PS IMBERAKURI en lui collant cette étiquette de création d'un front armé. Le parti social IMBERAKURI demande encore une fois à tous ceux qui œuvre pour la paix au Rwanda de ne pas se distraire de ces communiqués, mais plutôt de continuer à œuvrer pour le changement pacifique en cours actuellement.
