Ibyo yavuze kuri radio ijwi ry'amerika tariki ya 10 /3/2013 byateye kwibaza.
1.Yemeza ko abadatahuka ari uko ababo bari mu gihugu babatera ubwoba ngo nibataha bazafungwa kugira ngo bagumane imitungo yabo nta nkomyi.Aha umuntu yakwibaza niba ushobora gukangisha umuntu mukuru ikidateye ubwoba akabugira.Ahubwo bababwiza ukuri ku biba mu Rwanda nareke kubabeshyera ngo ni imitungo baba batsimbarayeho.Ikibazo ahubwo ni ubuyobozi bubi buryanisha abanyarwanda aho kuba umubyeyi wa bose;amahoro n'umutekano avuga iyo biba biriho mu Rwanda impunzi zatashye.Arashaka kumvikanisha ko washyira umwana imbere y'intare ukamubwira ngo ntizamurya.!


2.Arongera agahamya ko abahunga ubu babigira nkana kugira ngo bajye kwishakira akazi n'imibereho hanze! Arashyinyagura,akabeshya akanabeshyera abahunga.Nta wakwifuza kujya kuba ishyanga nta mpamvu.

Ahubwo yirengagiza nkana impamvu nyazo zituma impunzi zidatahuka:

-Kubura amahoro no kwishyira ukizana mu Rwanda utagombye gupfukamira Paul Kagame nkuko yabikoze .

-Politike ikenesha abaturage.

-Kwikubira umutungo w'igihugu kw'agatsiko kari ku butegetsi.

-Guhimbira abantu ibyaha no gutoteza uwo ari we wese uvuze ibitagenda.

-Kubeshya rubanda ngo nta moko ariho mu gihugu kugira ngo hatoneshwe bamwe abandi batsikamiwe.

-Itotezwa n'irigiswa ry'abanyamakuru barebera bakanavugira rubanda,n'ibindi...


Mme ministre aribuka Kagame ari i Murambi ku Gikongoro mu gihe cy'icyunamo aho yivugiye ubwe ko yababajwe n'uko imbaga y'abahutu yamucikiye muri Kongo adashoboye kubica.


Ni byo koko umwanya yarawubonye,na we ubwe yivugiye ko byamutunguye ariko amenye ko ntacyo azarusha abamubanjirije nka Bizimungu Pasteur,Sendashonga Seth,Kanyarengwe Alexis,Habyarimana Emmanuel,...


Mu gusoza ,inama twagira Mme ministre,ni ukubwira abamuhaye akazi ko icyatuma impunzi zitahuka ari uko bakwemera hakabaho ihuriro ridaheza ry'ibitekerezo byubaka ku kaga kagwiriye abanyarwanda(abahutu,abatutsi n'abatwa),ababigizemo uruhare bose bagashyikirizwa ubutabera maze amahoro akagaruka mu Rwanda no mu karere .
