Il est notre grand plaisir de vous féliciter comme nouveau roi et reine des Pays-Bas, au nom de l'opposition rwandaise FDU-Inkingi.

Nous avons savouré de nombreuses années de la reine Beatrix ; puissions-nous aussi bénéficier, nous en avons pleinement confiance, de votre royauté.

Nous pourrions utiliser cette opportunité pour promouvoir la coopération avec le Rwanda, surtout vos connaissances dans l'administration et gestion des eaux et l'appui de la reine Maxima à l'égard de micro-crédits. Mais avant d'en arriver là, nous avons désespérément besoin de votre soutien dans notre lutte pour nous aider à faire comprendre au gouvernement rwandais que la paix, la liberté d'expression et des procès équitables pour tout le monde, sont indispensables pour toute démocratie.

Encore une fois, félicitations pour votre inauguration et votre couronnement pour des années à venir.
