Claude Muhayimana, un Franco-Rwandais, a été interpellé à Rouen, puis mis en examen et écroué dans la nuit du mercredi 9 au jeudi 10 avril dans le cadre d'une enquête menée à Paris sur le génocide commis en 1994 au Rwanda.
