Avec l'expropriation du Centre Culturel Français par Kagame pour ses affaires et les affaires des Tutsi, Kagame tente de démontrer encore une fois que ceux qui se considèrent comme puissants ne le sont pas  en réalité. 

Pour Kagame ce geste est  très symbolique. Cependant Kagame confonds souvent la diplomatie et  la puissance des pays. Ce n'est pas par ce qu'on ne répond pas aux exigences, brutalités et demandes de Kagame qu'on devient impuissant.

Pourquoi un pays "grand" comme la France accepte-t-il de se faire
humilier à ce point par le Rwanda??? Même la plus petite république
des "Bananes" n'accepterait jamais une telle humiliation!!! Y-a-t-il
un politicien français capable de mettre ses culottes pour sauver
l'honneur de la France??? La coupe est vraiment pleine...

Quand Kagame veut donner un bon terrain pour les
affaires aux membres du FPR, il prend le terrain par force. Tous les
hutus ont été
chassés de la capitale pour trouver les
logements du Tutsi et des locaux pur les affaires de Kagame et des Tutsi et du
FPR . Le Programme Rwanda Vision 2020 prévoit
que seuls les Tutsi vivront et travaillerons dans la capitale rwandaise.
