Minisitiri Mushikiwabo yavuze ko ibibazo bimaze iminsi byumvikana hagati y'u Rwanda n'umuryango mpuzamahanga urengera uburenganzira bwa muntu "HRW" nta kindi babikoraho kuko uyu muryango usigaye witwara nk'uhanganye na Leta y'u Rwanda, aho gukora akazi ushinzwe.

Avuga ku mibanire hagati y'u Rwanda na Leta Zunze ubumwe za Amerika (USA), yavuze ko umubano w'ibihugu byombi umeze neza, n'ubwo rimwe na rimwe itumva (USA) kimwe n'u Rwanda uburyo rukemura ibibazo ruba rurimo bireba ubuzima bw'igihugu.

Yagize ati "U Rwanda rutekereza ko bisanzwe kuba igihugu bakorana cyagaragaza ko kitishimiye ibintu runaka cyangwa kikagaragaza uko gitekereza kubibera mu Rwanda, ibyo ni bimwe mu biranga imibanire hagati y'ibihugu, ni ibintu bisanzwe."

Ministre Mushikiwabo avuga ko n'ubundi nta gihugu gishobora kwemera 100% ibikorwa byose mu bindi bihugu, yongera gushimangira ko iyo umuntu ari mu maboko y'ubutabera cyangwa Polisi bitavuze ko aba yaburiwe irengero nk'uko byatangajwe na Amerika n'imiryango itandukanye iharanira uburenganzira bwa muntu kandi ngo u Rwanda ruzakomeza gukemura ibibazo bireba umutekano w'igihugu mu buryo bwarwo...
