Nord-Kivu: des hommes armés incendient 9 maisons à Buramba

Ces bandits armés ont d'abord obligé les habitants à quitter leurs
maisons qu'ils ont ensuite pillées et incendiés dans les villages de
Kisharu, Kiseguru et Buramba.

Selon la société civile, quelques paysans ont reconnu des bandits
transportant leurs biens pillés au retour des champs dans le secteur
de Nyamitwitwi. Ils disent avoir notamment identifié des rebelles
rwandais des FDLR.

Les paysans disent désormais avoir peur de se rendre dans leurs champs
à l'Ouest du groupement Binza.

Les rebelles rwandais des FDLR, les miliciens Maï-Maï et Nyatura
prennent désormais ce groupement comme leur bastion pour commettre des
exactions, ont précisé des sources de la société civile.

L'administrateur de Rutshuru confirme ces informations. Il estime que
ces attaques seraient dues aux représailles après le démantèlement, il
y a une semaine, par les FARDC, des bases des FDLR dans les villages
Nyabanira, Makoka et Kasave.

Les responsables militaires dans le territoire de Rutshuru affirment
avoir déployé d'autres unités vers Kisharu depuis lundi pour renforcer
ce secteur que les FARDC avaient laissé vacant du fait des opérations
en territoire de Beni.

Des sources militaires dans le territoire indiquent qu'une équipe des
FARDC est déjà déployée depuis lundi dans le secteur de Kisharo pour
sécuriser les populations.
