Ishyaka FDU-Inkingi rirakebura Perezida Kagame rimwibutsa ko n'ubwo ari umukuru w'igihugu adafite uburenganzira bwo kwica umunyarwanda uwo ariwe wese ngo ni uko acyekwaho ibyaha! 
Birababaje kubona umukuru w'igihugu afata discour akigisha abaturage ko uretse no kubashimuta bagiye gutera intambwe yindi yo kujya bahita babarasa ku mugaragaro! 
Ubuse Perezida Kagame ntazi ko akwiye kuba uwa mbere mu kwigisha abaturage ko amategeko akwiye kubahirizwa? 
Ubuse Kagame ko njya numva hari abamukekaho ibyaha ngo yaba yarakoze, bisobanuye ko bimuhama, ko nawe akwiye kwicwa nk'umunyabyaha, hagendewe k'ugukeka gusa?
