Umugenzuzi mukuru w'imari ya Leta aravuga ko Akarere ka Nyarugenge kakoresheje nabi amafaranga 828.601.291.

Kagisha yabwiye ikinyamakuru Izuba Rirashe ati, "Abakoze igenzura  bitiranyije ibintu bibiri kuko umuhanda Kimisagara-Nyakabanda wararangiye hakorwa indi mihanda."
Iyi raporo kandi yerekana ko Ministeri y'Umutekano yahaye Akarere ka Nyarugenge amafaranga 2.041.060.777  yo kubaka gereza ya Mageragere ariko hakoreshwa amafaranga 1.164.641.956; asigaye angana 729.428.671 akoreshwa ibindi nta burenganzira butanzwe.
Ubuyobozi bw'Akarere ka Nyarugenge bwo buvuga ko ayo mafaranga akomeje kwifashishwa hubakwa iyo gereza.
Kagisha Felicien  yakomeje abwira iki kinyamakuru ati,  " Aya mafaranga akoreshwa mu kubumba amatafari n'ibindi bikorwa ariko twabwiye abakoze igenzura ko babikuramo ntibabikora."
Abagenzuzi b'imari ya Leta bavuga kandi ko Nyarugenge yashoye Leta mu manza zitari ngombwa bituma itegekwa n'inkiko kwishyura miliyoni 93 z'amafaranga y'u Rwanda.
Hari n'aho Akarere kategetswe n'inkiko kwishyura ariko ntikabikorere ku gihe bituma kagomba gutanga amande.
Abayobozi 582 nibo bakurikiranyweho ibyaha byo kunyereza umutungo n'imari bya Leta, bamwe bamaze no gutegekwa kuwugarura.
Ubushinjacyaha bukuru bwa Repubulika bugaragaza ko bwakurikiranye ibi byaha bushingiye kuri raporo z'Umugenzuzi Mukuru w'Imari ya Leta kuva muri 2006 kugeza muri Werurwe 2013.
