Vous devriez revoir votre formulation. Si vous voulez parler des extrémistes Tutsi, dites-le clairement sans mettre votre reproche sur le compte de tous les Tutsi.

It is a shame on Rwandan people. Those Rwandan people who are Tutsi demonstrate only when their tutsi-minority government is under scrutiny, when their crimes are exposed or when the war criminal Paul Kagame is criticized. They cannot demonstrate for their own rights.
