Pourquoi la fameuse  ministre rwandaise Mushikiwabo a critiqué l'attitude de François Hollande pendent le sommet de la Francophonie à Dakar ?
 
Les critiques de la fameuse ministre rwandaise Louise Mushikiwabo ne devraient pas surprendre personne. On se souviendra que pendant la guerre de Kagame de 1990-1994, Kagame et son Front Patriotique Rwandais ont tout fait pour  refuser et entraver tous les efforts des Nations Unies visant a maintenir les forces des Nations Unies qui pouvaient contribuer a arrêter les massacres rwandais. Mushikiwabo parle dans la même logique. Mushikiwabo regrette que le FPR  a contribué aux massacres rwandais et se sent gênée de voir que le Burkina Faso n'a été dans la même situation que le Rwanda. Si les Burkinabés s'etaient entretués, Mushikiwabo aurait attribué la faute a la France.
 
C'est dans ce cadre que nous sommes habitués aux critiques du Rwanda  a l'égard de la France qui ne ménage aucun effort pour sauver les populations civiles dans certains pays africains en conflits.

Vive la France !
