Ubusanzwe Mushikiwabo aba yarabateye utwatsi abatuka kandi ababwira ko ibyo basohoye atari ibyo, ko babijagajaze nkuko Kagame yabivuze. Mushikiwabo aba yaravuze ko hasigaye izindi nyandiko nkaho ahari izo yababakishije bityo akaba azi umubare n'imiterere z'izo nyandiko zaba  zarasigaye.

 

Iyi ni ntambwe ikomeye mu kazi Mushikiwabo akora. Niba kandi ari Perezida Kagame wamusabye guceceka kuri iki kibazo, twizere ko bizakomeza, maze akazi k'ububanyi n'amahanga kakagenda neza katarwnagwa n'ubushotoranyi n'agasuziguro.

 

Ikibazo ni uko imyitwarire myiza bayimenye bakererewe. Iyo babimenya kare kandi bakita ku nyunga z'Abafaransa nkuko bita ku nyungu z'ibindi bihugu bibanye neza n'u Rwanda , ibibazo by'imibanire mibi hagati y'u Rwanda n'Ubufaransa aba ari bike.

Perezida  Habyarimana niwe wakunze kuvuga ati wamenye uko uresha ! Kagame na Mushikiwabo babimenye  ibyinshi bimaze kwangirika nokurenga inkombe hagati y'Umubano w'u Rwanda n'Ubufaransa. 

Cyakora igihe ntikirarenga niba biyemeje guhindura imyitwarire ku Bufaransa badakoresha "one direction" diplomacy isaba ko Ubufaransa bwakwirengagiza ibyo butishimiye bukaba aribwo burebwa gusa no guteza imbere imibanire hagati y'Ubufaransa n'u Rwanda.
