Itangazo rikomeye ku byerekeye Mandat ya gatatu ya Kagame no kugeza apfuye
Peredensi ya Republika y'u Rwanda iramenyesha abanyarwanda bose aho baba hose , mu Rwanda no mu mahanga ko utazitabira gahunda yo gushyigikira Kagame ko yiyongeza manda ya gatatu no gukomeza gutegeka kugeza apfuye azahanwa bikomeye kandi agashobora no kugira ingaruka zindi zikomeye.
Ushobora kubikora nk'abandi benshi bamaze kubikora ukoresheje inyandiko, waba utazi gusoma no kwandika ukegera umwarimu wizeye, abategetsi bo mu karere ubamo bakakwandkira inyandiko yawe maze bakzayigeza ku buyobozi bukuri mu karere utuyemo. Nubwo waba utumva iby usaba, cyangwa utazi n'icyo itegekonshinga risobanura muri urwo rwego, cyangwa udashigikiye ko Kagame ategeka u Rwanda kugeza apfuye, usabwe gukora nk'abandi bamaze kubikora.
Amashyaka akorera mu gihugu yose na Associations za diaspora zigizwe n'abatutsi gusa bagomba nabo kwitabira uwo muhango nkuko basanzwe babigenza muri Rwanda days (nako ni Kagame days), ya mibonano Kagame ahuriramo n'Abatutsi baba hanze y'igihugu .
