Ambasaderi w'u Rwanda mu Bushinwa, Lt. Gen. Charles Kayonga yagombaga gufatirwa London ubwo ahaheruka cyakola agira imana aba polisi b'ubwongereza bararangara, ibyo byateranije Polisi ya espagne niya abongereza ngo kuko batubahirije amasezerano y'ibihugu by'uburayi.

Ambassaderi Kayonga amaze kubona ibyabaye kuri mugenzi we Gen Karenzi Karake, yanenze abagishaka guca intege iterambere u Rwanda rwaharaniye nyuma ya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi.

Ambasaderi Lt. Gen. Charles Kayonga yasobanuriye bamwe mubitabiriye umuhango wokwizihiza isabukuru ya 21 yo kwibohora. Yagize ati aho amateka yaranze urugamba rwo kwibohora, aho u Rwanda rwavuye, aho rugana n'uruhare rw'urubyiruko muri icyo cyerekezo gishya, anagaruka ku batesha agaciro iterambere ry'u Rwanda.

Yanenze uburyo u Bwongereza bwafashe Lt Gen Karenzi Karake, wari wagiye mu kazi muri icyo gihugu, umusirikare mukuru w'u Rwanda wagize uruhare rukomeye mu kubohora u Rwanda.

Yanavuze ko umutwe wa FDLR ugiye gutsindwa burundu nubwo ugifite abawushyigikiye mu mahanga. Yavuze ko u Rwanda rurwana urugamba rukoresheje dipolomasi, itangazamakuru, amategeko, n'ubutabera.

Nubwo hakiri izo mbogamizi zose, Ambasaderi yavuze ko u Rwanda ruhagaze neza, kandi rutera imbere mu bukungu no mu mibereho myiza y'abaturage.

Yagize ati "Uyu munsi turishimira kandi ibikorwa bishimishije twagezeho mu cyerekezo cyacu 2020, kandi dushyize imbere gukomeza guharanira uko gutekana n'iterambere."

Lt Gen Kayonga yavuze ko ibyagezweho byose bikeshwa Leta y'Ubumwe iyobowe na Perezida Paul Kagame.

Gen. Kayonga yasabye urubyiruko rw'u Rwanda muri rusange kugira urukundo rudasanzwe ku gihugu cyabo, ndetse no kurinda ibyagezweho nyuma yo kubohora igihugu baharanira ko amahoro n'iterambere bikomeza gusagamba mu Rwanda.

Cyakola impirimbanyi za demokarasi zo zasabye ko Gen Kayonga nawe yazaza m'ubwongereza agasura nyirabukwe cyangwa akaza mukazi nka Karake, maze bati tuzarebe ko adafatwa.
