Abanyarwanda basabwe kwitwararika gusuhuzanya bahana ikiganza kubera indwara y'ubuheri

Minisiteri y'Ubuzima yafashe ingamba zo gukangurira abaturage kugira isuku, nyuma y'indwara y'ubuheri ifata uruhu igatuma umuntu yishimagura, imaze kugaragara mu turere 14 tw'igihugu.

Ubuheri bwandurira cyane mu gukoranaho, gusuhuzanya, kwambarana, gukora ku bikoresho nk'imyambaro by'uyirwaye cyangwa kurarana na we.

Ibimenyetso by'iyi ndwara ni ukwishimagura cyane cyane aho ingingo zihurira, kuryaryatwa ku ruhu cyane cyane nijoro, gusesa ibiheri hagati y'intoki, mu kwaha, ku kibuno no ku myanya y'ibanga, utahita wivuza bikaba byazamo n'amashyira.

Ati "Umuti uvura iyo ndwara urahari, abayirwaye bakaba basabwa hwihutira kujya kwa muganga."

Umuganga w'indwara z'uruhu, Dr Alice Amani, we yavuze ko umuti wo kuvura iyi ndwara uhari nubwo urukiko rwo rutaraboneka.

"Guhana ibiganza bikwiye gucika"

Iyi ndwara y'ubuheri yandura igihe amatembabuzi y'umuntu iyirwaye ahuye n'ay'undi muntu utayirwaye. Gusuhuzanya abantu bahana ibiganza ni bumwe mu buryo bwihuse bushobora kwanduza iyi ndwara mu buryo bwihuse.

Mu ngamba zo kwirinda iyi ndwara ndetse no kwirinda kuyanduza abandi, harimo no kwirinda gusuhuzanya.

Mukamunana yakomeje ati "Abaturage turabakangurira kugira isuku, bagakaraba inshuro ebyiri ku munsi bakoresheje amazi meza n'isabune, ukarabye inshuro ebyiri ku munsi bimuha amahirwe yo kutandura."

"Uyu muco w'abanyarwanda wo kugenda dusuhuzanya, duhererekanya intoki, bigomba gucika kuko indwara nyinshi zandura zandurira ku gusuhuzanya no gukoranaho.."

Ibi byanashimangiwe n' Umuyobozi wungirije w'Akarere ka Kicukiro ushinzwe imibereho myiza y'Abaturage, Bayingana Emmanuel.

Ati "Umuco ni mwiza ariko nanone iyo umuco uzanye ibibazo nta mpamvu yo kuwukomeraho. Abanyarwanda twajyaga dusangirira ku miheha, ngirango tumaze kugenda tubireka kubera ko byanduza indwara zitandukanye […] hari igihe umuntu aza akakuramutsa afite ibyuya mu ntoki, biriya bintu usanga ari umwanda. Igikomeye ni amagara."

Yakomeje asaba Minisiteri y'ubuzima guha inzego z'ibanze ubutumwa bwanditse bakwifashisha bakangurira abaturage kwirinda iyi ndwara.
