[Rwanda Forum] Les crimes de Liliane Mukabatesi en Belgique: la culture toxique de Kagame?


Liliane Mukabatesi, une Rwandaise de 46 ans vivant en Belgique, est accusée d'avoir escroqué quatre hommes âgés, 1,8 million d'euros, soit plus de 2 838 960 000 francs rwandais, en manipulant leurs sentiments avec de faux serments d'amour. Ce scandale, qui éclate le 6 avril 2025, secoue la Belgique et met en lumière une femme qui, pendant 10 ans, a exploité la solitude de ses victimes pour s'enrichir. Mais au-delà de cette affaire, une question troublante émerge : ce comportement est-il le fruit d'une culture de tromperie enracinée par Paul Kagame au Rwanda ?
