Umuryango «Reporters sans frontières» wishimiye irekurwa rya Saidati Mukakibibi ariko nanone usaba leta ya Kagame kurekura vuba Umunyamakuru Agnes Nkusi Uwimana ugikomeje kuborera muri gereza ze.
