Rwanda : mobilisation de soutien à Victoire INGABIRE

Le jugement en appel de l'opposante rwandaise, Victoire Ingabire, se tiendra le 1er novembre 2013.
Pour rappel, son procès en première instance avait été entaché de nombreuses irrégularités.

Son cas, associé à la question des violations répétées des droits de l'Homme au Rwanda, a fait l'objet d'un débat au Parlement européen où plusieurs organisations politiques ont obtenu le vote de la résolution suivante :
