Nk'uko bizwi, Umuyobozi Mukuru wa FDU-Inkingi, Madame Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, ufungiye impamvu za politiki kubera kutavuga rumwe n'ubutegetsi bw'igitugu bwa Generali Pahulo Kagame, yakatiwe n'urukiko rw'ikirenga tariki ya 13 Ugushyingo 2013 ahabwa igihano cyo gufungwa imyaka 15. Iki gihano cy'urukozasoni kikaba kigamije gutera ubwoba umuntu uwo ariwe wese wakwanga kuba inkomamashyi y'ubutegetsi bwa Kigali.

Abantu banyuranye kandi benshi bari bitabiriye isomwa ry'urwo rubanza biyumviye neza umudamu wari ukuriye inteko yaburanishije urwo rubanza, aho yatangaje ko matolewa y'irangizarubanza (copie de jugement) izashyikirizwa ababuranyi mu ntangiro z'ukwezi kwa mbere, umwaka wa 2014.

Ishyaka FDU-Inkingi ritangiye guterwa impungenge n'iyi myifatire y'urukiko rw'ikirenga yo kwimana nkana matolewa y'irangizarubanza, ibi bikaba biri kugira ingaruka ku zindi ntambwe zigomba guterwa kandi zikaba zitaterwa hataraboneka iyi matolewa y'irangizarubanza.

Ishyaka FDU-Inkingi rirasaba rikomeje urukiko rw'ikirenga ko rwatanga iyo matolewa nta mananiza nk'uko rwabisezeranije igihe urubanza rwasomwaga.
