La propagande du multilinguisme de Mushikwabo et de Macron doit s'arrêter car elle est néfaste pour la progression du Français dans le monde.

Louise Mushikiwabo et Macron ont maintenant transformé l'OIF comme organe chargé de promouvoir le multilinguisme dans le monde. Dans un tel contexte véhiculé par Mushikiwabo, le  Français ne peut pas progresser seul puisqu'il n'y a pas de stratégie de le mettre en avant pour le promouvoir. Le Français reste donc noyé et asphyxié par le multilinguisme de Mushikiwabo et Macron et on ne sait pas à quoi sert cette propagande  de  Macron et Mushikiwabo qui vient de durer des années.

 

A chaque fois que Mushikiwabo parle, elle se vent d'être bilingue, elle s'excuse à l'égard de l'Anglais disant que la promotion du Français ne vise pas à remplacer l'Anglais. Nous le savons tous. Mais  le Commonwealth ne s'est jamais inquiété du Français. En fait, le Commonwealth ne s'intéresse pas à ce débat.

Je crois que ces deux individus Macron et Mushikiwabo devraient quitter  un jour leurs fonctions en même temps.

Mushikiwabo qui ne parvient pas à convaincre son patron le dictateur Kagame  de laisser libres les écoles enseigner le Français ne peut rien faire pour promouvoir le France dans le monde. En effet, la charité bien ordonnée commence par soi-même.

Au Rwanda, dans  le peu d'écoles où l'on enseigne le Français, le Français est au même niveau que le sport ou la religion : une heure par semaine : Il n'y a pas de tests, ni d'examens pour  l'enseignement du Français. Il faut que Mushikiwabo commence par  chez elle et  nous allons le croire. Mushikwabo et Macron manquent de confiance en l'avenir du  Français à cause  des autres langues dont ils peur.
