Leta ya Uganda iravuga ko yaburijemo igikorwa cyo gutahura ku ngufu mu Rwanda umusirikare wahoze ari mu basirikare barinda bya hafi umukuru w'igihugu cy'u Rwanda.

Uganda ivuga ko imodoka yari itwaye Joel Mutabazi yahagaritswe igihe yerekezaga ku kibuga cy'indege.

Ministri ushinzwe impunzi muri Uganda ivuga ko leta ya Kigali itigeze ibanza kubaza leta ya Uganda cyangwa se HCR ku birebana n'itabwa muri yombi ry'uwo mugabo.
