MORT DE MICHAEL HOURIGAN

La Fondation Ibukabose-Rengerabose (Mémoire et Justice pour tous) vient d'apprendre le décès de Michael Hourigan. Cet ancien enquêteur du TPIR serait mort d'une crise cardiaque, en Australie. Il fut le premier à récolter des témoignages d'officiers du FPR sur l'implication directe de Paul Kagame dans l'attentat contre l'avion du président Habyarimana, le 6 avril 1994, attentat ayant décapité l'Etat rwandais. 

La mort de Michael Hourigan est une grande perte pour les victimes de cet attentat considéré comme le déclencheur du génocide de 1994.  Mais son témoignage restera dans l'Histoire. A nous de faire en sorte que ses écrits et sa contribution remarquable dans la recherche de la Vérité, soient gravés à jamais dans le marbre de l'histoire de notre chère patrie, le Rwanda. 

Nous présentons nos condoléances les plus attristées à la famille de Michael Hourigan. RIP.
