Suite à l'arrêt d'activités des avocats du barreau de Kigali depuis l'arrestation du Confrère NDIBWAMI Alain ( ancien notaire Minijust), le Conseil de RUJUGIRO Tribert, le prévenu vient de retrouver sa liberté à l'occasion de l'ordonnance rendue par la juridiction d'appel en cette date d'aujourd'hui 09/12/2013.
