La Manifestation contre la présence à Bruxelles du criminel et dictateur Paul ‪#‎KagameUE‬ aura lieu finalement à la "Place du Luxembourg" à 1050 Bruxelles précisément de 15h00 à 17h00. 
Un lieu qui n'est pas choisi au hasard! La Place du Luxembourg fait face directement au siège du Parlement Européen, garant des droits et des libertés des européens. 
C'est donc au cœur du Quartier Européen que les rwandais et leurs amis vont réclamer la liberté, la justice et la paix pour leurs compatriotes et montrer leur colère et indignation à l'UE qui aura accueilli un criminel de guerre avec des honneurs qui ne lui sont pas dus.
