Rwanda – "Amatora" y' abadepute : Abaturage ku nkeke yo kwakwa amafaranga ku ngufu

Mu gihe mu Rwanda hateganyijwe "amatora" y'abadepite muri kuno kwezi kwa Nzeri 2013, abaturage bari ku nkeke yo kwakwa ku ngufu  amafaranga azakoreshwa muri ayo matora.

Mu gihe ishyaka rya FPR Inkotanyi ririmo gutegura amatora y'abadepite ateganyijwe kuba tariki ya 16 Nzeri 2013 ,ubu mu turere twose tw'igihugu abaturage barimo kwakwa ku ngufu amafaranga yo gukoresha ayo matora. Abaturage bakaba bari gutakamba bavuga ko ayo mafaranga nta bushobozi bafite bwo kuyabona mu gihe n'ubundi ubu bugarijwe n'ikibazo gikomeye cy'ubukene.
