Rwanda Spies at French Embassies in Kenya and Uganda .

Rwanda's National Security Service has continued to ruthlessly spy not only to French Embassies in east africa but also in France,an incidence which is a threat to Rwandan Refugees who fled to France

Reliable Sources reveals that Rwanda has been spying at the French Embassies in Nairobi and Uganda . The same source reveals that the Rwandan President have been dishing a lot of money to his external security in order to spy at embassies of one of the strongest nation which has deeper ties not only with Rwanda but to entire great lakes region member states .

The same sources reveals that President Kagame's close operatives attached to Rwanda's embassies in those respective countries have been effective given that they deployed their plants within the french embassy premises to make surveillance on Rwandans who visit those embassies for different reasons .

Sources also reveals that President Kagame has not only been targeting the French Embassies in Kenya and Uganda but he has also been approving a lot of money to Spy at France reasons as why Rwanda's longest serving diplomat Kayumba Olivier who has directives of Spying in France is functioning with endless diplomatic mandate , an incidence which is undiplomatic and a threat not only to France but also a threat on Rwandan refugees who fled to France.
