Dr Nsanzimana yakomeje avuga ko hari igihe umwe mu bashakanye aba azi ko yanduye, ndetse akageza n'igihe cyo gutangira gufata imiti, ariko ntabwire mugenzi we.
Yagize ati "Bibaho umugabo akaba afite umugore, ariko akajya gusambana ku ruhande cyangwa se umugore akaba afite abandi bagabo ku ruhande. Iyo agarutse ntavuga ngo'naryamanye n'indaya dukoresha agakingirizo.' Hari igihe rero amenya ko yanduye akageza n'igihe cyo gufata imiti, ariko ntabwire mugenzi we."
Akomeza avuga ko abatinganyi bari mu bantu bakwiye kwitabwaho cyane, bakagirwa inama ngo kuko bibasirwa na Virusi itera SIDA kurusha abandi.
Yakomeje avuga ati "Abakora uburaya banduye tubashishikariza ko bagomba gufata imiti igabanya ubukana, abatarandura nabo tubasaba ko bajya bakoresha agakingirizo mu rwego rwo kwirinda. Kandi hazabaho na gahunda yo kubagezaho udukingirizo."
