Mu bibazo by' ingenzi raporo yibandaho, harimo kuryamira abo batavuga rumwe muri politiki,n' abarengera uburenganzira bwa muntu batotezwa, bafatwa bagafungwa iyo batishwe nk' uko umwe mu banyapolitiki wahunze u Rwanda yishwe ahotowe mu cyumba cya Hotel muri Afrika y' Epfo, hakaba hataramenyekanye ufite uruhare mu iyicwa rye ku wa 31/Ukuboza/2013.

U Rwanda ariko ruhakana rugatsemba ibyo ruregwa, ahubwo rukemeza ko rwambuye intwaro ingabo za M23 zigera kuri 600 bahunze bava muri Kongo.Amerika kandi inenga u Rwanda ko runiga itangazamakuru.Ikindi iyi raporo ivuga, ni uko ngo Leta y' u Rwanda ishishikariza abahutu gusaba imbabazi kubera ko ubwoko bwabo bwakoze jenoside yakorewe abatutsi.
